Led by our dedicated volunteers, these Foundation-affiliated Local RLS Support Groups provide the opportunity to connect with others in your local community through either in-person and/or virtual meetings.
Use the search tool below to view active groups by state. Contact the Group Leader for more information. If a support group does not exist in your state, you may join one of the Foundation’s monthly virtual support meetings! (see below)
