Clinical trials recruitment

Current RLS clinical trials are listed below. Please contact the institution and investigators directly if interested in participating in the clinical trial. All studies have received IRB (Institutional Review Board) approval which allows us to make sure that all studies listed on our site are legitimate.

Also, The RLS Foundation has partnered with the Center for Information & Study on Clinical Research Participation (CISCRP) to provide easier access to Restless Legs Syndrome clinical trials information with this search tool, increasing awareness about investigational treatments available. This information is offered by SearchClinicalTrials.org, a search engine for clinical trials information. Click here to use this search engine.

If you have a study you would like to have listed on our site, please email rlsfoundation@rls.org. Our listings are free, however, all studies must have IRB approval to be listed.

Are you an RLS Patient who Switched to Ropinirole From Pramipexole? The purpose of this study is to determine the equipotent dose of ropinirole and pramipexole for patients switched from pramipexole to ropinirole in patients with moderate to severe primary Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). The rationale behind Switch is that patients with Restless Legs Syndrome can maintain stable efficacy and tolerability if correctly switched from one dopamine agonist to an equipotent dose of another.
