2023 National RLS Patient Symposium

23 SymposiumJoin us for an RLS National Meeting on the east coast

Friday, Oct 20 - Check-in and Networking
Saturday, Oct 21—Sunday, Oct 22, 2023 - General Sessions
Maritime Conference Center, Baltimore, MD

We have gathered RLS experts from across the country to discuss all aspects of RLS, from diagnosis, pathophysiology, treatments and medications, alternative therapies, support resources, research and much more. We'll update you on our advocacy efforts with an opportunity to join us in DC after the event. You'll find out how to get involved and make your case with legislators when they are making policy decisions that affect your quality of life with this disease.

Much of the valuable information you receive will come from speaking with others who are living with RLS.  There is ample time built into the weekend—during the Welcome reception on Friday evening, at meals and breaks—for you to get acquainted and talk with fellow attendees about the challenges you face. Saturday's "Dinner with the Experts" will give you the opportunity to discuss your own concerns and questions in a more intimate setting.

You will come away better informed about RLS and the great strides being made in research to find better treatments. You'll become better informed about practical adaptations you can make to best cope with the disease. And we think you'll be even more inspired to advocate for yourself, learn and explore resources available to you, and not let RLS stand in the way as you live your best life.

We hope you will take advantage of the unique opportunity this National RLS Patient Symposium offers. You owe it to yourself and to your RLS community to make time for this in 2023. In an effort to increase your networking opportunities, we will be using Whova, a free app for your phone or tablet. Please download the Whova app before you come to Baltimore to arrange meetings before or during the weekend, respond to live poll questions during sessions, join in online discussions with others before and at the symposium and submit your questions to be answered at the final Q&A sessions at the end of each day.

We hope to see you in Baltimore!
